At achandvee, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please email us before sending any item back. Contact us at support@achandvee.com or via WhatsApp on +44 7348 315691 and our team will guide you through the process.

Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

  • We accept returns if you have changed your mind or no longer want the item.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost in these cases.
  • A restocking feebof 30% will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take full responsibility if your item arrives:

  • Damaged or faulty
  • Not working as described
  • In the wrong colour or size
  • Different from what was ordered

In these cases, we will cover the return postage and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. We will require photographic and video evidence of the issue before processing your return, so please email us with proof before sending anything back.

Incorrect Address / Uncollected Parcels

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
  • If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address, we will refund you the cost of the item minus any admin and restocking fees.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 – 10 business days back to your original payment method.
