How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your delivery and payment details, and your order will be confirmed by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

How will I know my order has been placed?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days before being dispatched.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 5 – 7 business days worldwide. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

Who pays for return postage?

If you have changed your mind or no longer want the item, the return postage cost is the buyer's responsibility. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return postage in full.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 – 10 business days back to your original payment method.
